• You have an additional 30 days to return the goods after notifying us.
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

3. Sale Items:

• Sale items are eligible for the same refund rights as full-priced items.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer's Guarantee:

• All Fonwer products include a 9-month warranty from the purchase date, covering defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, such as dropping the product or intentional misuse.

Repair or Replacement:

• Fonwer will repair or replace defective products at no cost.
